The week-long celebration of Brady's 2nd birthday is under way! Yesterday we had our friends over to the house for a little party. We were thrilled that the rain held off for a couple hours so the kids were able to play outside. Brady had a blast playing with all his friends and some pretty cool new outside toys.
When the rain came, we brought the fun inside and had some food and cupcakes. Brady evidently has not developed a sweet tooth in the past year, because he was still not interested in the cake or icing. That's OK, more for us!
We will take the birthday tour on the road next weekend, as we head to WV for Brady's actual birthday. He ought to be able to sing Happy Birthday in his sleep by the time May rolls around!
