Kickoff to summer

We spent Memorial Day weekend in WV, and aside from some cool temps it was a pretty good start to summer.  I've got to unpack and do a ton of laundry before the dynamic duo wakes up, but here's some pictures from the last week for you to enjoy!

Four months old and ready to roll!

Since our last post, Nathan turned four months old!  At his pediatrician appointment, he weighed 17 lbs 3 oz (75-90th percentile), was 25 7/8" (75-85th percentile), and his head was 17" (90-95th percentile).  He is looking good and is very healthy!  He got his second set of vaccines, and again he had a fussy couple of days afterward.

The other big Nathan news is that he rolled over from back to front for the first time this weekend.  He's been rolling to his side for a while, he just needed to figure out how to get his arm out of the way.  He actually rolls over and sleeps on his side at night- it's cute to see!

And since the weather is getting nicer there are more and more activities to do on the weekends.  This past weekend was another really fun one- we had a cookout at Katie and Sean's house, the county's spring farm tour, and the rescue squad's open house.

The painting actually looked pretty nice when it was done. Sadly, you won't see it on our fridge. I ripped it in half trying to get it off the easel, oops!

Grandma Loraine got Brady a butterfly garden for his birthday. We watched the creepy crawlies build cocoons and turn into butterflies! Time to set them free.

We had a short-lived potty training stint over the weekend. We'll try again soon I hope!
