Trucks, trains, and swings

We were busy bees this weekend doing everything fun we could find for the three-and-under crowd.  On Thursday our new swing set was installed, and it's AWESOME!  On Friday I took Brady and Nathan to a neighboring town's touch-a-truck event, where they open up all sorts of heavy machinery for kids to play with up close and personal.  And on Saturday we went to the B&O Railroad Museum in Baltimore for A Day Out With Thomas.  It was a Thomas the Train themed event with lots of entertainment, plus we got to go on a train ride pulled by Thomas himself!

I think it would go down in history as Brady's best week ever if it were not for the double ear infection that he got diagnosed with on Sunday morning.  Hopefully he'll feel better soon- he is not a very nice sick person!

Always our happy boy

I finally got to meet sweet little Anabel

Mommy's big helper

Nathan is getting pretty good with his arms now and likes to play with toys

Tidying up

Finally getting to use my birthday gift card from Loraine, yum!

Snow plow

Bulldozer

You could work the controls on the stop light

The crane truck was definitely his favorite

Just glad to be along for the ride

At nap time, Brady fell asleep mid-tantrum on his floor. Our first clue that he wasn't feeling well.

Since Nathan can hold his head up, he has been promoted to facing outward in the carrier

We had lunch while we watched a puppet show

Magic carpet ride, toddler style

No train museum would be complete without train tables

Even the gravel was pretty entertaining

You could tell it was close to nap time when Brady started running circles in the roundhouse

Little red caboose

A model train set up inside a train. Whoa.

Huge wheels

Bye bye Thomas!
