Last week turned into an unscheduled vacation from school for Brady. After MLK Jr Day we got about 7" of snow, which in these parts equates to a total disaster. Hence the four snow days that followed. How did we keep cabin fever from sending us into a household state of emergency? Well, it was close, let me tell ya.
| Pretty sunrise before "disaster" struck |
| Nathan loves to visit Brady's big boy bed after his nap. |
| Nathan's first Chinese food, yeah! |
| Pete and Brady, working from home |
| With plenty of bounce breaks, that is |
| Watching it snow |
| Yes, this cowboy has yet another black eye |
| It was really too cold to play outside, so we just took a quick run through the yard. |
| Then we decided to make snow-dough instead. |
| We played Peek-a-boo, |
| had more than our fair share of TV time, |
| and did lots and lots of puzzles. |
| Nathan loves the slide, but he prefers to go down like this. |
| We dug, |
| and of course played in the ball pit, |
| and the bath tub, |
| and when it was safe, we escaped for some Chick-fil-a sweet tea. Ahhhh. |
