Our sweet boy is four! We gave him a couple options, and he decided he wanted to celebrate with a pool party this year. We think it was a good choice- there is not much that makes him happier than swimming!
We swam for about an hour and a half, then we moved into the gym for a hilarious game of basketball.
After basketball, we moved into the party room for pizza and cupcakes. These were some worn out kids, hooray!

| That's a wrap, folks! |
| We opened presents the next day. And the day after that. It's a sloooow process. |
| At school with the assistant principal |
| Nathan and I visited to read Brady's favorite book (The Little Engine that Could) |
| And we brought a snack chosen by the birthday boy (apples and fig newtons) |
| I let him choose a special lunch after preschool- McDonald's. |
| Small Fry says he can get on board with that idea. |
| Finally, his Lightning McQueen cake at home on his actual birthday. |
| He really got into the birthday song this year. We must have sang "Happy Birthday" 10 times in a row, complete with candle-lighting! |
